There aren’t enough words to say how wonderful Pawsitivity services are for dogs. From the initial meet and greet I knew this was the service for me. Sending notice they’re on the way, photos of the dogs, locking the doors and then there is the journaling. Above anything I was expecting and that I could dream of.

This service is by far the best that we have ever had - from start to finish! You will not have any worries. They did daily cat feedings and care visits for our 2 'kids' during our week long vacation. We cannot highly recommend them enough.

The team at Pawsitivity took excellent care of my cats. They were prompt and responsive, and left detailed notes and pictures of each visit in the client portal (which is a great system!) They also did a great job problem solving when my microchip feeder stopped working while I was gone. I truly felt like I had nothing to worry about and my cats were perfectly happy when I came home!

I highly recommend Pawsitivity Pet Services. They have been wonderful and accommodating. Their communication throughout the service has been exceptional. I have 4 dogs and they have paid extra attention to each dog and their needs, specifically the elderly dog. I am very appreciative of their amazing service and skill for caring for my dogs. As someone who is super specific about their pets and their care, I highly recommend!

My dog is a part of the family, so when we are away and can’t bring her with us, she deserves the best treatment! We used Pawsitivity Pet Services while we were away on vacation for a week. Their “almost overnight” service was perfect! My dog received all the care she needed and more. I love how they deliver updates about each visit and use their platform to schedule. They’re so communicative - providing photos, timestamps, and sweet message about how she was doing! They also do all the extras like bringing in mail and taking out garbage cans. Simply the best. Will be using again in the future and I feel so at peace having finally found a responsive, available and caring service for my dog. Shoutout to Kelly, Tiffany and Jenny for treating my dog like one of their own! 🩷

Pawsitivity Pet Services is by far the best service I have used for dog walking/vacation visits over decades as a dog owner. They are committed to providing a quality service, extremely responsive, always available to accommodate my requests, and the pet care specialists are the best - caring and conscientious. I always knew that my dogs were in the best hands, receiving quality care and time, and being loved on when I couldn't be with them. A journal with details and photos is sent after each visit, and it is very easy to request to appointments and pay invoices online. Pawsitivity checks all the boxes and I whole-heartedly recommend them!

My experience with Pawsitivity pet sitting was exceptional. Over the course of my vacation when my cats were being taken care of, I received daily texts and pictures regarding their wellbeing. One of my cats received medication via syringe and I was also provided with ongoing status regarding this. This daily contact provided me with great reassurance that my cats were receiving the best of care. On top of this, one of my cats became ill and required emergency care. The owner took my cat there and stayed during the visit and then brought her home. Her caring actions were obviously above and beyond any normal services and I remain greatly thankful to her for her incredible kindness and concern. I think we were out of treats, they got treats for the pups as well as a toy( even though the pups had toys, but someone was the odd one out). This is not a service, it is love. And I am so so humbled by Brooke and Karen's love for the pups. Karen also went and pet our diabetic cat, who loved to get extra pets!!
