Took my first class today at Green Cove CrossFit with Frank. He was great!The class atmosphere was really motivating and the workout challenged me in all the right ways, with a mix of strength and cardio that left me sweaty but energized. I also appreciated how welcoming everyone was, making it easy to feel part of the group from the start. Great atmosphere and super nice people! I’ll definitely be back.

Stoked to join my new Home base CrossFit since relocating to GCS!Visit this morning was nothing short of spectacular!Members of this box were kind and welcoming and I felt “at Home” here with my new likeminded fit/healthy CrossFit family.Facility is large, well laid out, well stocked with nicely maintained equipment and I’m looking forward to working out here 5 days a week!I’ve been out of CF for several months while moving around looking for a place to call my new “Hometown” and now I’ve found that place and can’t wait to turn my flab back into firm hard muscle!If you read this & you have never tried CrossFit & you want to change your Body for the better, this is where you need to come! As a drop in, I felt welcomed immediately by Coach Frank and the other members of the community. Everyone was friendly, the gym was well organized and clean, and everyone supported each other all the way until the last person finished the WOD. A great atmosphere. I look forward to dropping in again some day!
