Great WoD (session)! The workout was hard and really pushed my limits, but it was also friendly and positive from start to finish. The mix of exercises was excellent - each movement was thoughtfully programmed to target different muscle groups while keeping the pace engaging. The overall vibe in the gym was terrific; there’s this energy that makes you want to give your best without feeling overwhelmed.I had a couple of questions during the session, and Coach Frank was right there with clear, precise answers that gave me exactly what I needed to keep going. He took the time to explain proper form and offered useful tips that made a noticeable difference. When it came to scaling a couple of moves to accommodate an old injury, Coach Frank helped me modify the exercises thoughtfully, so I could protect my healing joints without losing the intensity of the workout. Thanks to his attentive coaching, I felt confident pushing myself while safeguarding my body.This balance of challenge and care is exactly why we CrossFit. The combination of excellent programming, supportive coaching, and a welcoming atmosphere at Green Cove CrossFit makes each session both effective and enjoyable. I left feeling accomplished and motivated to come back for more.
