They titled and recorded everything within 24hours of us signing and paying over $480k. But I guess since we did it all online and in cash, we never went in and met them, they didn’t feel the need to send a Thank you or any type of customer service. But otherwise everything went smoothly.

Very disorganized showed up at closing with another persons documents. Knew very little about transfering water rights. I had to do the research on this for them with the State. I have used a number of title co's in the past needless to say I am less than impressed.

Leslie Heppler took great care of us. She was informative and efficient during our settlement meeting. One of the best things was how they presented our copies of the settlement documents. Leslie had them bound, all standard 8.5x11, with a cover. Now I can store and reference them easily. I would recommend them to anyone and be happy to transact with them in the future.
