It gave me so much insight into my muscle balance and areas to strengthen. I’ve used that data to tailor my training and recovery, and I genuinely feel stronger, more aligned, and confident heading into race day.Honestly, the best part isn’t just the science, it’s the people. The team at AB is warm, encouraging, and genuinely care about your journey. I never once felt judged or out of place. Just supported. Seen. I first found out about AB Fitness through doing AB First -Aid via my job. A year later and I have joined the wonderful family that is AB Fitness. I’ve only been a member just short of a week and I can confidently say I have zero regrets in joining. It is a great vibe and energy. The trainers are highly skilled and professional and it really feels like a community. The staff are genuine, down to earth and kind. I have felt very welcomed here at AB Fitness and I highly recommend anyone wanting to join a small gym that has a family like community vibe (where exercise doesn’t seem so daunting). I feel so motivated by what you have on offer and what you guys do is awesome so thank-you! I am excited for my journey in creating a lifestyle that I can be proud of.

Aaron is a fantastic trainer. I do my CPR and First Aid with him at every renewal and would never chose anywhere else for my training. Always very clear, no fuss, simple and always leave feeling more confident. 10/10
