Matt was very meticulous about making sure all participants were actively participating to the best of their ability. He happily took the time to assist me with my workout. As an older lady, it can be intimidating working out with younger people, but Matt made me feel totally at ease and in no way uncomfortable with my lack of workout skills. I appreciate the effort Matt took to make me feel like I was part of the group. OUTSTANDING JOB!! Less

Participating in the 6 week challenge was exactly what I needed! The way Charlie and his team has designed this works, if in his words, "you do the work." Not only did I loose 7lbs, and dropped 4 points in body fat, but I made great friends in the process. Having the community of support is needed because people outside of the gym did not recognize my body changing until after the 6 weeks was complete, which can be discouraging. The layers of exercise, nutrition and meeting weekly is key. To date, which is week 12, I have lost 10 pounds and my body fat has dropped 6 points from the beginning. A challenge for myself, is that I have not had the added sugary foods and snacks that I did prior to the challenge. That's 3 1/2 months saying no to desserts and foods hidden with sugars! WOOHOO!!! Everyone at BoomFit from coaches to members, has been amazing! CrossFit can be intimidating, but having a welcoming group waiting to show you the ropes truly makes all the difference. This is completely new to my wife and I, but it is something we will absolutely be sticking with. We were on the fence about CrossFit in general, but when we started at BoomFit; we never looked back. This is the place to go! Less

I joined the Boomfit 6 Week Challenge on January 1st to start my year out right and WOW has it ever worked!!!! I have lost weight/gained muscle and overall feel fantastic. The workouts are great and scaled for any fitness level. This gym is different than most because they actually want to get to know you, every member of the staff has gone above and beyond to make myself and other members feel welcome and wanted! Less

I have been going to Boomfit on University for about 5 months and this is such an amazing gym! From the coaches to the other members, these are quality people. The environment is very uplifting and encouraging. The workouts are fun and instructor-led so all you have to do is show up and give it 100%. I had the opportunity to complete a 6 week challenge and it was so fun. Accountability is the reason I joined this gym and the challenge took it to another level. CrossFit can seem scary, but I highly recommend giving it a try! Less

I recently completed the 6 week challenge and I’m so glad I did it. I think it’s something that could benefit everyone! The gym itself is great and the coaches are phenomenal. Everyone is invested in your success and the other members are supportive and encouraging. I look forward to the workout every day. I would highly recommend doing the 6 week challenge and becoming a member at boomfit! Less

My wife and I just complete the Six Week Challenge at BOOMFIT. The weekly coaching, the nutrition plan, the accountability mechanisms (journaling, GroupMe chats, and more), the community, coaches, and workouts WORKED. I lost 22 lbs in 6 weeks, fit in clothes that I haven't worn in a while, feel better, am getting stronger, and - as my wife said - “we are workout people now”. What a great transformational investment. New habits. New friends. New hobby. New health. I highly recommend the Six Week Challenge at BOOMFIT! Less
