True Grind Systems

My son has been working out at True Grind for a little over a year and a half. While he was always that big kid on the field, he did not run well and didn't quite generate the type of power and movement quality he needed for his baseball and basketball teams. He came in an awkward moving 11 year old and now he has totally transformed. During this past year, he hit his growth spurt as well. He know moves better than before. He is more agile. As his basketball coach told me "he moves well for a big man." Oh yeah, he is now 5' 11 190 pounds (size 13 shoes) and incredibly powerful for his age. They have helped him gain more confidence than ever before, and while he grew 6 inches he added nearly 50 pounds of muscle.
In the last few year they have also added a bunch of baseball development technology on top of the tools and techniques they used to train athletes. They have a Rapsodo pitching monitor to analyze pitch speed, spin rates and rotation of pitches, Driveline products are used to improve arm strength and the Core Velocity Belt is used to improve hip/core proprioception and movement patterns. They have added an indoor batting cage with HitTrax. That allows him to see how every ball he hits in the cage would play out in an MLB stadium. It is way more fun than just endlessly hitting in a cage.
I highly recommend any parent of a youth to college player to come and check out this unique athletic development center for themselves.
