Everyone was so kind! I usually hate doing anything to do with cardio but I had a good time. I highly recommend giving CrossFit Thelo a try if you're looking for a fun way to get moving.

The coaches are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have enjoyed my time here and I’m a new member of about a month. They are happy to explain movements and help you pick scaled versions of the movements. Great environment to make the best version of yourself.

I don’t think anyone could ever say enough GOOD about CrossFit Thelo!!! It’s by far the best decision we’ve ever made. You are always welcomed, cheered on through each workout, pushed to be the best version of yourself, and you’ll definitely make lifelong best friends 🫶🏼 The coaches are so much fun and the programming is seriously unmatched. Thelo is the best community!
