This company charged me 100 dls To disconnect Wires to my ac system left my ac non serviceable the company never returned my callsits been several days Bad thing is that I'm a stroke survivor which was used and tooken advantage of!! Initially I called these guys last year to inspect my HVAC systems in my main house and a little house in my back yard where my mother lives. The people who installed my systems over 7 years ago closed and I really needed to find a place I could rely on. These guys totally took care of me and performed services the “other guys” never did. I just had to call them again, they showed up when they said they would, told me what was going on, and fixed the problem. I’m very happy with Southbay Heating and Air Conditioning, they are reliable, the price is good, and communication is excellent. Dennis is awesome and the guys that work for him are wonderful.
