I love this new gym. I like how everything is organized and not chaos like the gyms I’ve attended in the past. Erin and Logan are the only coaches I’ve had and they are both amazing and very encouraging.

As a veteran with multiple joint related issues I can honestly say X4 Calhoun has been a game changer in my exercise routine. For starters the coaches are excellent motivators and the people who attend treat you like part of the family even on day one of walking through the door. I get an intense calorie burning workout with minimal to no harsh impact on my body/joints. I highly recommend everyone, especially my fellow veterans to check it out. Best
