Out of many businesses called, Sure Print was THE ONLY ONE who really wanted to help, and Jameel went out of his way to meet my needs, and infact, went over and above my hopes and expectations! I am a new Author and brought my first book to him, and he treated it as if it was his own. I had asked for my 415 page manuscript to be scanned and developed into a PDF at 300DPI, and not only did he accomplish it in half the time he said it would take, but he also made another file, and then he saved it for future access! He made me feel like a most valued customer! The man is an expert on all levels! I visited the store near 61st Ave SE and 36St SE in Calgary today, Friday, March 27th, 2026, with "last minute" service needs, and unlike every other place I called, Jameel and Sure Print were the only ones who ACTUALLY WANTED to help, recognizing my urgency! 5 Stars out of 5!Best Customer Experience Ever!Don't go anywhere else...GO TO SURE PRINT!
