Kristina has been such a God-send! When the company hosting my CRM folded, Kristina went above and beyond to make sure all my work did not get deleted. When the former company failed to respond to inquiries, Kristina went directly to the people who own the back-end platform and arranged for them to pull all of my files into My Legacy Design. Communication has been great! Kristina provided updates continuously. That also made orientation a breeze, so I could start using the platform right away while still learning its unique features.
