Spoke to Sam and she explained the in and outs of the whole process very thorough and detailed, thought it was to good to be true. I went with this company because of all the amazing reviews. But my experience has been far from pleasant. Javan was so nice at first and assured me I was in great hands. I sent pictures of all the correspondences them they told my loan officer I never did. After they continued to let me down, I asked for my business with them to be canceled,l with plenty of notice before the next charge, and I got charged. When I sent an email letting Javan know that I was going to file a dispute on it and to notify him I got charged, I didn’t get an apology or help with it at all. His response was, “Not a Problem” myself and my loan officer does not recommend. All they did was put everything in dispute and my mortgage loan officer had to do a ton of work to get items out of dispute. Stay far away! This has been the worst experience! Less

I got 1 email myself which had a lot of words but no information or update. Super friendly consultation but it was a smoke show. I highly DO NOT recommend Credit Firm. The owner hasn't even returned recent phone calls and they are now screening their calls. The receptionist doesn't get paid enough to run interference for this company, guaranteed!
