Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This company has the worst customer service. They say they monitor your credit, unfortunately they do not. They do not even answer the phone. I’ve been paying for there services for almost two years and have now canceled. Don’t be fooled by Lesa. She will talk to you to get your money after that she is a ghost.

After they continued to let me down, I asked for my business with them to be canceled,l with plenty of notice before the next charge, and I got charged. When I sent an email letting Javan know that I was going to file a dispute on it and to notify him I got charged, I didn’t get an apology or help with it at all. His response was, “Not a Problem” myself and my loan officer does not recommend. All they did was put everything in dispute and my mortgage loan officer had to do a ton of work to get items out of dispute. Stay far away! This has been the worst experience! Less

I was put on a payment plan to pay the total amount of $1294. Through the duration of me paying communication was great I received progress reviews on how the process was going, once I made my final payment all communication stopped an my score did not improve. I spoke with the owner of the establishment over the phone he was very rude an did not let me speak he made it clear that I would not receive a refund because something new popped up an they were “handing” it he then went on to say he has records of all the numerous times I had called, an apologized for the lack of communication on there part. He insured I would receive a review within 3-4 weeks . It has now been four months an I have yet to receive anything an my credit is lower then where it was originally from the beginning of the process keep in mind it’s been a year an 2 months an my credit has made no improvement. The contract states that I am entitled to a 100% refund if the services in the agreement aren’t met. I wouldn’t recommend there services to anyone they do not fulfill what they state in the contact an once you bring it to there attention they stop answering calls emails etc. Less
