Michael Castillo at Noble was recommended to me by a good friend who had a water main break in front of her home. A big job. I just needed someone to reboot my Instant-On Electric water heater, after a power outrage. Michael answered my call within 10 minutes! I explained it was urgent as I use hot water in my business. He scheduled me immediately, did not add on an emergency fee and bumped me to the top of the list for the day. He was at my home in 25 minutes and repaired my heater within 30 minutes. He was polite and professional and the price was fair. Thank you, Michael.

The guys were great, professional and made it a smooth repair. Definitely was able to talk with the guys comfortably about many different, work related things. They came in, gave detailed explanations of what was going on and helped me to understand the all parts that had to take place to work the repairs. My AC is working fabulously!!!

Of course it was a saturday, snowing and cold out when my sewer line backed up. I am very grateful for Michael's willingness and perseverance to find the plug in the line. Noble Mechanical was great to work with. There were some delays but Michael communicated about what was going on throughout the whole AC and heat pump installation and worked hard to get everything done properly.
