We discovered a small leak on a pipe from our water heater into our home. Our regular plumber had given his employees the holidays off, so they scheduled an appointment for the day after New Years Day. On 12/30, the leak got worse & we couldn't wait 3 more days, so we called friends for plumber recommendations. None of the recommendations worked out schedule-wise. So we had to search online and hopefully pick a good plumber based on online reviews. Noble Mechanical was the only one that called back, even though we had not left a message, since we were calling quite a few different plumbers to provide service quickly. Noble Mechanical fortunately had availability to help us right away. They sent someone to evaluate the problem and quickly ordered new parts and completed the job the same day. Michael kept us informed every step of the way, from when someone was headed to our home, to ordering & picking up parts, to the final steps of fixing the problem. Asked for cleaning and service of my wall heaters. Both weren’t functional. Made sure this included cleaning the vents. They ended up doing it so quickly that I was skeptical. When one of the heaters went out again I looked and found the heaters were not cleaned. Scheduled new appointment. No call no show. Then I complained and told them I didn’t get what I paid for. They told me all I communicated was a vent cleaning. The fire hazard of build up really only occurs in the unit so I’m not sure why I would have to explain to them what a cleaning and servicing entails. They stopped communication after rejecting my refund. I’m left with dirty and (one) broken heaters. I swear I was gonna let it slide until they no-call-no-showed on me. Wasted 3 hours of both my time and the time of my tenants after confirming my appointment the day of. We allowed them an extra hour to show up. Less

I have to give a shout out to Noble Mechanical. Last month they installed a full HVAC system, removed an old outdated boiler I had that hasn’t worked since 2022 and installed a tankless water heater. I’ll be doing the paint job myself, but what they had to do to get this done in a house that was as old and misused by the prior owners was incredible. The dedication of Michael, Edgar, Jesse, Christian and Luis was next level! My house has so many electrical problems, but I was never told it couldn’t be done. They were determined to do the job thoroughly and correctly no matter how long it took and never went above the quoted price even though Edgar admitted this was in the top five hardest houses that he has ever worked on when I asked him. They never had problems, they only had solutions and they were going to work as hard as they could to find them. They will be doing every single renovation in my home. Another thing that I couldn’t be more thankful for as a single woman who owns her own house in the middle of nowhere and it being a complete fixer-upper, I have had Contractor after Contractor talk down to me or talk at me whenever they came to my house and they were never rehired. The Noble Mechanical guys were always so respectful to me, answered all my questions and spoke to me like I was an intelligent woman who was worthy of respect. I work from home so having a bunch of men in my house all day for weeks, could’ve been a really uncomfortable experience, but I trust every single one of these men, they are the best you could have. Super nice people who replaced a water heater. I wasn't thrilled about the ugly holes in my siding and the uglier protruding pvc pipes, but they offered to fix it. However, it did not pass inspection and some things had to altered, so now there are three holes in the side of my house with ugly protruding pvc pipes. The water was scalding and I asked them to turn it down twice. Still too hot, I asked the inspector to turn it down. It is still scalding, so I am concerned that something isn't quite right. The biggest disappointment was that they didn't use a hose to drain it. It was drained directly from the water heater, and all of the water went under my house. Less

My AC unit started getting very noisy so I called Noble Mechanical and spoke with Michael who was very nice and took down my info. This was mid-day so I didn’t really expect anyone that day but after a couple hours I got a call a tech was on the way to diagnose. PNM red-tagged our gas line because we had an internal gas leak. Michael from Noble Mechanical came over the same day, found the leak quickly, fixed the leak, replaced our water heater, and had it all done in 2.5 days. He and his guys stayed late to get the job done, and did everything they said they would do in a very timely manner. The good: Michael & crew REALLY wanted to make me happy, and they pretty much succeeded. They came up to the Jemez Mountains for this job, which is hard to get contractors to do (especially in the winter). They provided a superior product (Lochinvar 95% efficient boiler) at a price within the bounds of what I was told to expect for an old-fashioned boiler. The bad: Noble neglected to warn me that I was their first experience installing this complicated system. They thought it would take only a couple days, but it took over a week. They insist on 50% down-payment (this is the first time I have been happy with a company after agreeing to 50% up front). Lastly, their working hours conflict with my schedule. They worked long days, but started around 11:00 (after an hour drive to my house). I am more of an 8:00 to 4:30 person. Less

Right before Christmas, I walked out to my garage and "what to my wondering eyes did appear," but a room full of water! My hot water heater had leaked all over the floor. And with company coming! I went to my computer and tried to find a plumber who could come out after hours and on a weekend. I saw a few who were listed as doing emergency work, but only one answered my call. Unfortunately, the plumber was not available. I then saw a company listed in Bernalillo which serviced Placitas as well as Albuquerque. I immediately called their number and Michael answered the phone. He was at my house within 30 minutes and very quickly sized up my problem. I needed to replace my water tank as it was leaking from the inside, and upon further inspection by Michael, me and a great neighbor, we discovered that the 3-year old tank had rusted inside. Michael then called one of his partners, Jesse, to get his assessment. Jesse agreed and then pointed out necessary changes to some of the pipes around the tank. He was very clear as to why they were necessary and how changes would be a big improvement. As I am somewhat familiar with simple flow dynamics, I agreed to their plan. Early on Monday, Michael, Edgar and Jesse appeared with the tank I had decided on and began the removal of the bad tank and installation of the new tank. They completed the job early that evening. I am really happy with the new hot water heater and the better copper pipe system with newer couplers for all the joints. Best of all, I have not had any issues with the new system. I am very pleased with the work done by the folks at Noble Mechanical. They were on time, very professional, and did excellent work! i would say that it was money well spent. Less
