I had a warrant that I had NO clue about. I was picked up on that warrant & I was given a "failure to appear." So, what I recently found out from this whole experience is that when someone has a failure to appear, you are then considered a "flight risk." Which is definitely not the case with me. I have ALWAYS went to my court dates. That is, at least when i actually KNEW I had court!! Due to being considered a flight risk, no bondsmen would bond me out unless I had a ridiculous amount of $$, a house to put up with the bond amount & there were some bondsmen that wouldn't even touch me because of the failure to appear.I honestly thought that I wasn't gonna be able to get out of jail until my court date. My boyfriend called Alliance Bail Bonds & Michelle West had me out within a few hours!! All they asked for was the 10%!!!! When I did get released, we went straight to their office to finish up some paperwork. Michelle West was simply amazing. She was down to earth & compassionate.
