Had the best first day at Pilates! The energy here is so sweet and welcoming. My instructor 🖤 Karrie was great at explaining the equipment and really helped me find that balance between challenging myself and listening to my body. I like her vibe looking forward to another class with her 🖤 I left feeling calm and accomplished.

Great place, great staff. Instead of feeling like I HAVE to go to the gym, I feel like i GET to go to the gym. The staff is extremely attentive to individual needs and always encouraging. Im so glad I found FCF.

Full Circle Fitness is truly the best place for me to be. In the last few months I have gained Strength and more range of movement. The small personal training classes are just enough for someone of my age and fitness level. I’ve been going for a few months now and I’m feeling stronger.

I have been going to FCF for over 6 years. It is the only gym I have stuck with. The small classes are great, they accommodate exercises to avoid injury and have something for everyone based on ability. I have recently had shoulder surgery and am back after 2 weeks because of their ability to accommodate me. It has become a pseudo-family for those of us who go.

Karrie is a great coach and teacher! She is supportive and provides positive feedback to make sure you are doing the Pilates skill correctly. She makes the class fun and the time flies by.
