COREWARE has some excellent tech support people who have gone above & beyond to help us get trained. Carol assisted me today for an extended time period and was very patient and knowledgeable. Recently, Ashley also helped me figure out some customization on reports - so both these ladies have been extremely professional and offered remarkable customer service.

I'll start this by saying that Coreware came into our lives and not a moment too soon. We went live on 01/04/2024, so we are FRESH. You see, our previous POS was just terrible for compliance purposes and their support was just meh. The monthly price tag for mediocre support is unexcusable. Add to the fact that we do firearms and compliance and service is crucial, it was unacceptable.
Enter Coreware, and I'm actually enjoying myself working in our system now. Because of the issues with the previous POS and their records, our "go live" has been quite bumpy, but the difference between this go live and the last one is this: the support I have experienced has been second to none. The majority of the issues have not been Coreware's fault, but they took the time to re-run the reports after I could provide them the accurate data from the previous POS. If I am running into issues that IS on Coreware, they have fixed it immediately and completely, no questions asked.
The chat feature has been amazing. They do not have a phone call center, which I thought I would miss, but I really do not. I have had so many excellent interactions with SO many chat people, but I have got to give a shout out to Hunter (with customizations and labels) and Ashley. Just today, in under 30 minutes, she fixed 7 of my "issues," mostly through just education and showing me how to customize. PHENOMENAL service.
Rick K. has also been amazing with the data conversion and empowering me to learn and fix smaller things by showing me the back end of stuff. It's been SUCH a great experience with him.
Last, but CERTAINLY not least, Josh Okey with onboarding...having him join the team was a stroke of genius to assist in the onboarding and what customers needed in order to go live. The previous onboarding (from my experience) was pretty non-existent. Once Josh came on, that all changed, and I was able to go live. He has been such an amazing support.
I know we have only been with them live for a week, but I am so excited to grow with this company. I am invested in it for the long haul. They're going places, and I want to go with them.
Go with Coreware. I really don't think you will regret it.

I have used a number of different providers for my POS, my E-Commerce, bound books, and more. Coreware has the most devoted customer service of any company I have ever engaged with. I hope they continue to push the boundaries of the services they provide and continue to help their customers grown their offering portfolios as they have done for me. If you're looking for an end to end sales solution, go no further. Coreware is as good as it gets.

We have been using Coreware for our POS, FFL Logbook, Website and credit card processing for almost 3 years now. We are very happy with their services. They continually work to improve their systems and are responsive to our needs. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to grow their business and simplify their systems. I would consider them a true partner in helping us succeed!
