Before I joined Haven, I was new to co-working and had no idea how I could benefit from such a space. Now I know that such spaces are great for operating businesses out of, as well as simply getting work done and networking with others.The space is quiet, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, and the staff there think ahead to make the space comfortable and conducive for work. Once you get there, you can really hunker down and focus on your work without needing to leave- and, you can access the space 24/7 so if you're working late, you can hang tight until your work is done (rather than having to leave because the building is going to close). They host events regularly so that you can get to know others within the space as well, and I've really enjoyed those too. The pricing is affordable and the staff are friendly and responsive, so don't hesitate to rent with Haven!

We are hosting our wedding at Haven this fall, and we couldn't be more excited! The ballroom is absolutely beautiful, and we're looking forward to having our cocktail hour on the outdoor patio it’s such a gorgeous space. From the very beginning, the team has been friendly, responsive, and so easy to work with, which has made the planning process that much smoother. We’re so happy we found Haven Event Space and can't wait to celebrate our big day there with our family and friends. I had a great experience with Haven and genuinely enjoyed the time I spent there. My church originally rented an office for me to use as a private workspace, and although there was an issue with the office lock when we first moved in, Rawin addressed it immediately by temporarily moving me into a larger office while the repairs were made. I really appreciated how quickly he handled the situation. Throughout my time there, I found the space to be professional, clean, and welcoming. The office design is excellent, the amenities are great, and having 24-hour access made it very convenient. The community events and overall atmosphere also made it a pleasant place to work.When my circumstances changed and I was no longer serving as pastor, Rawin was understanding and willing to work with us during a difficult transition. I appreciated his professionalism and willingness to communicate rather than making an already challenging situation even harder. If I ever need office space again, Haven will definitely be one of the first places I consider. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a professional, flexible, and well-managed office space.

(Update- Still a great place- evidently, I earned Haven a one-star review by being rude(???) and bald to someone that walked in when office staff was off on weekend. LOL. I recently held a 1-day BNI Mega Meeting at the Haven Towson location. I could not have asked for a more perfect venue. Ramin and his staff from day one were extremely helpful in the planning process and the day of was no exception. They were there every step of the way and our event was flawless from the set-up, to the additional signage to direct guests from the parking, and Haven day of staff helping to greet and guide guests. I look forward to our next event in September and future events i n Overlea!
