Obviously they're doing pretty good if they can turn down work, but I'd say a bit more professionalism upfront would go a long way. Updated. Selectively editing my messages is a bad look and deserves less than one star. You should post the entirety of both emails I sent. I'd probably steer clear if this is their practice. Update #2: The owner felt it necessary to harass me via email for my review and suggested I wasn't a decent human and asked if I was "going through anything" in my life to cause me to write such a review. He did a wonderful job of proving my point about communication and a lack of professionalism. Instead of accepting a fair 3-star review for my OPINION on our interactions, he became hostile and attempted to get me to change my review. I had to warn him not to contact me anymore. I've written a lot of reviews about business based on my interactions with them, some of my reviews were harshly critical, but the review I left for sir Paints Alot wasn't even bad, and I never mentioned the quality of their work. I simply mentioned that the customer service\interaction I had with their sales team wasn't the best, and for that I felt they deserved 3-stars. Thanks for proving me right! I'd have to imagine dealing with this personality as a home owner looking make an investment into your property would be difficult if this is the response you can expect from an evaluation. I couldn't imagine what it would be like if I hired them and felt they didn't finish the job or missed something. Yikes! Both the interior work and the exterior work were done exceedingly well. Attention was paid to the details, and care was taken around the plants outside and the furniture inside. During the peak season for painting and building and remodeling trades, Shawn was far and away the most responsive and easy to deal with. Many others simply didn't call back.
