Jeff was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and hardworking. From the beginning, he treated us like family. My wife and I have busy work schedules. Jeff worked around our schedules at all hours (day, night, and weekends) to set up meetings, clearly communicate deadlines/tasks, and answered all of our questions. He responded immediately and we never had to wait for him to get back to us. I cannot recommend Stride enough for anyone buying a home and utilizing a VA loan. After searching for a home for two years, I finally found the right one in a very tight housing market. To have the best chance of getting my offer accepted, I initially went in with a cash offer.
