The only reason for three stars is we were very disappointed with the way that they handled the magic show. The website specifically kept saying that the show starts at 7:30 so make sure you get to the restaurant and plenty of time which we did. we did not purchase VIP seats because they were already taken but while we were waiting for the show to start, the VIP seats were empty. It turned out these people decided to take their time in the restaurant, and the people that were hosting the show decided to wait for them so the show actually started 20 minutes late, I don’t believe that was fair to everybody else who was sitting there. There was a couple sitting next to us, and they said that they even skipped dinner, and only had appetizers because they came a little late if they had known that the show would be held up for them. They would’ve ordered dinner. We were extremely disappointed that they felt that they should inconvenience the rest of the guest for around six people.. Less

This last year our theme was "The Magic of Christmas" so naturally, we needed a magician. To be direct, I was initially turned off by the price of the performance but decided to "splurge" and make it a night to remember. WOW! What a night. My employees felt so loved and honored to have the extra entertainment and Harry was AMAZING! Truly a wonderful show with surprises and tricks I've never seen before. We also opted in for the close-up magic before the main show and it really kept the vibe going and broke the ice of the evening. It was so fun to hear the "ooo"s and "aaah"s from around the room. Lastly, we normally get a DJ, but Harry's supply of dinner music and the speaker/microphone system really allowed us to save money and added to the value of our investment in his performance. Harry was in rare form even the second time around here at The Riverside Golf and Marina in Ruskin Fl. Our audience thoroughly enjoyed the way he interacted with so many of our residents. Harry is an amazing performer who began to work the crowd and connect with them as soon as they entered the door. He was very prepared and had us in the palm of his hand all night.
