Super fun, instructor was very nice and kind allows you to go at your pace. This was an excellent first time most definitely gonna try again. If you don’t work out out your upper arms be prepared to be sore but still completely do able so don’t miss out 🙂

I called the number again and texted to ask if it was canceled and was told management had changed and one is in cancun and so they will get it set up or I can be refunded. I asked to be refunded and if I decide I would choose a class again… they argued with each other they dont do refunds and the trainer didnt show and just seemed to try to make an explanation on the spot. I discussed the issues with Jared over the phone, they refunded to “the account” and not to my card so it was only a credit to use with them. Then Jared, offered to credit a second class free of charge to the same account, which I did not acknowledge because I just wanted what I paid for. So i booked the one class I paid for the “credited” back instead of refunding to my card as discussed, for today. When i show up today they have three silks set up and booked six people. So we share with strangers in sports bras and leggings, without shirts, sweating before the class even starts. This IS NOT ANYWHERE THAT YOU WILL SHARE SILKS WITH SWEATING STRANGERS. IT IS UNHYGIENIC AND THEY ARE NOT CONCERNED. THEY stated they can refund it again and they remember from last time but I stated “I do NOT want a “credited” refund so if you can only credit I just want to be done since last time I was promised a refund it was only a credit after it was discussed so if thats the case you can keep my money at this point” he only stated “ it is on the website that there are only three points and if six people sign up you will share [with strangers]. “ It was NOT!! AND STILL IS NOT. When you book it is not displayed, the site does not have it displayed, and when you click info for any specific silk class it is not displayed… he then stated it is for the beginner class only… well here is photos showing it is not stated you will share with strangers, even when you click the link”i” button for the details and information. I appreciated the attempt to keep themselves in business but maybe ensure employees show or cancel ahead of time, not 15 minutes into the class when I am questioning why nothing is set up or anything, give all the information first, and dont say it was given when it was not and still is not.m Edit in response to the “owner responding to review “ spoke over the phone on the first occasion and simply spoke to you to say I spoke to Jared and he will refund. I called the next morning to say you CHARGED MY CARD AND DID NOT REFUND SO I STILL HAVE NO REFUND… I would be more than happy to prove this also as you simply stated okay when i said if you can only refund a credit you can keep my money. So you just want to attempt to defend yourself but still messed up both times and have NEVER ISSUED A REFUND TO MY PAYMENT METHOD AT ANY POINT, I can prove this…. YOU CREDITED $60 to the “credit account” that is on your website and never refunded to my payment method in any way… here is the text message WHERE YOU STATED IT WAS NOT REFUNDED AND WAS CREDITED AS A CLASS AND A FREE CLASS AND NOT A REFUND (even though we discussed a refund because I stated I didnt know if I ever wanted to come back the first time… which obviously I shouldn’t have) update: Company still has not started a refund to my card but wants to contact me privately in a text message because i told the truth in my review. They stated was credited but just went in to get it done (after I posted my review, because wasnt) and now they state it was already done so i need to contact my bank, but before they said is credit on the account INSTEAD with a free class. I just tried an aerial silk class here for the first time and it was amazing! So much fun! It was definitely challenging but still doable for a first timer. Our teacher Taylor went through everything step by step and was super helpful! I would definitely go again!

Went from utterly TERRIFIED to go up the ladder, to terrified of the bar, to terrified of the drop when swinging on the bar, to embracing the exhilarating feeling and doing a backflip (with a lot of room for improvement). This place is crazy and awesome! Never imagined the workout I would get attending a trapeze class. The staff is great and assists beginners every step of the way! I always felt safe and the adrenaline rush was like riding a roller coaster for the first time. Took me 2 classes to successfully do a transfer, proof attached!

They were patient, motivating, professional, and went out of their way to encourage your growth in a short period of time. Dallas Circus Center has one thing that sticks out the most amongst all the others. The distinct circus-feel tent set upon shipping containers not only feels like “home” in a tent but also provides a higher and more accessible space to accommodate aerials as well as the marquee activity, flying trapeze. The shipping container not only act as a base to elevate the tent structure an additional 9 feet, but they also are useful spaces as the check in and merch lobby, bathrooms (and a SHOWER!), equipment storage, party/guest lounge area, employee room and a fabrication shop where the owner, Donovan, builds and maintains much of the hardware and equipment used on site. He has a background in general contracting and a degree in engineering so we is very knowledgeable and clever about how he designed and built this facility. No space is wasted and it has ample parking for the multiple quarterly performances they provide with their students, staff and even professional artists entertaining the city of Dallas and it’s neighbors. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to try something extremely fun and challenging but also in an inviting atmosphere. Book ahead though, because classes can fill up quickly! Less

I took a beginner silks class it was my sisters first experience with aerial and there was no time spent teaching basic skills like climbing or multiple ways to do foot knots it felt very rushed even though we spent half the class conditioning not very beginner friendly I’ve been taking aerial classes for 5 years and have never came across an experience like that

Fantastic experience! We took a trapeze class with 8 girls for my sister's bachelorette party had a great time! The staff were all very kind and encouraging! Our nervous participants never felt pushed, and our more adventurous girls got as much as they wanted. Facility is clean and clearly safe and well maintained. We'll definitely be back!

Really Fun experience. Staff help walk you through all the moves and its up to you to trust the queues they call for you! They took some really great pictures. It would be helpful if you can hold your body weight but doing other exercises like pull ups don't seem to be a requirement IF you listen to the staff. Ran us only about $110

This place is so great. I was nervous going in to do my first trapeze class, but both of the instructors were great and went through everything step by step. They were so nice, friendly, and encouraging! In my first class, I was able to hang by my knees and let go of the bar, do a flip, and a catch. The offered "Credit" was never offered. I was told that nothing could be done, I, the customer, had suggested we purchase multiple classes, so you would be insured payment for 2-5 more classes. The manager said there's nothing that could be done, because the 2nd class is "free to everyone" but since I couldn't make it, I would be charged for the free class as well. So this is not an offered credit, I'm not sure how that could be considered a credit. Now knowing there was a "promotional credit" that he could have help me with yet didn't makes this all the worse. Loved this circus school when I visited in November. Wonderfully supportive and knowledgeable staff who offered a variety of fun classes. Lots of laughs, cheering each other on and just a really great time. I highly recommend checking the Dallas Circus Center out whether it’s your first time taking a circus class or you are a seasoned pro. All levels of skill and fun to be had here!!

My husband has been trapezing at Skyline Trapeze /Dallas Circus Center since it opened. This place is so much fun! The staff is very knowledgeable and truly works to make all participants comfortable and have an enjoyable experience. They have even had some Showcases to spotlight the talent of students and instructors alike. Go, you’ll love it!

Flying trapeze is so fun, and the staff does an amazing job of teaching. I was able to catch a knee hang on my very first class, then went on to learn a whole bunch more tricks.

Great place with great people!! If you’ve ever wanted to try trapeze but was nervous, this is the place you want to go. The staff is upbeat, friendly and encouraging.

Brought my daughter and her friend for their first lesson. They had so much fun! Everyone working there and other flyers were super friendly and fun. Really added to the experience. Highly recommend!

This was SO much fun!! My family came for my mom's birthday and all of us had such a great time. Great staff, great atmosphere, and a killer workout! Can't wait to come back

I started flying trapeze a few years ago after seeing it on Groupon. I fell in love with not just trapeze but the friendly and supportive staff and community at Dallas Circus Center. I encourage everyone to get out of their comfort zone and come fly!

The staff and atmosphere are great! I was in a class with 10 people, 6 people were first timers (including me) and 4 had been there before. Everyone was cheering on everyone, staff was extremely nice, trying the trapeze was a lot of fun. I highly recommend anyone trying it out!

Did the Flying Trapeze class! It was amazing! The whole team did a great job! Very safe! I highly recommend to try all the classes at this facility

I train on Lyra here almost every week. I love it. Tay pushes her students to try new things and challenge themself, yet she also respects her student's limitations and when listens when they her "no, I can't do this".

Everything is top-notch!!! Expected to do only once, but ended up signing up for more classes due to the AMAZING staff and facility!!!!

Awesome place!!! Would highly recommend for a date night or a family and friends outing. The instructors were friendly and helpful. They made this 200 lbs man feel light as feather soaring through the air.
