They were about an hour late getting set up for our fundraiser, so we lost some money there. but everything else was great.

Great customer service. Quick and easy drop off and pick up. They called a day before to confirm a pick up window. When I arrived it was already there waiting on me. Would definitely use them again!

We had a great time with the water slide! Reserving the slide was simple, drop off and pick up was seamless and they set it all up so it was ready to go! They even offered to leave a longer hose if we needed it. We will definitely rent from them again!

Our latest experience was lost time, frustration, and a less than enjoyable experience mostly due to poor ownership and poor employee management. He never apologized or thanked us for our business. Edgeway Events on Chattanooga was great to work with! Quickly responded to any questions I had in the booking process. My dad actually went and picked up the water slide inflatable for a weekend rental, and the employee who helped him was outstanding and very nice.

The kids had a great time on the tiki bouncy house with water slide combo. Contact was easy and convenient. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was bc I had to wait a lot longer than expected for arrival and delivery. Better communication would have helped. 🙂

They are super nice and very helpful. Definitely have a good selection of water slides. I rented the Everest and was super fun! Believe the adults had as much fun as the kids. We set it and was really easy, definitely need a few people for loading and unloading. Looking forward to trying new slides!

They made contact before they delivered the water slide to our event. They were so easy to work with and they told us when they were coming to pick up. They were in communication and just so easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this company for any event you may have!

We rented the 30ft slide and it was awesome! Our son’s party was a blast. The setup and take down from the crew was timely and professional!

9/10 Everything was good and then the generator or plug came loose that I rented from them but we had a house with power so the party continued. The water slide was fast and fun and easy to put together yourself. Would recommend and worth the money!!

I just interviewed at this place, and the results were... interesting. They don't pay workers hourly. They pay by a few percentage points of the profits. It is the weakest, most flaccid excuse of a profit share setup. The company may decide to revoke an employees share of a jobs profit at their own discretion, and either give it to another worker or pocket it. This is based on how the company feels about performance. So, the workers have at best, a wildly unstable income for a season. They're also proud to pay the workers in company credits, redeemable for using company equipment. yay. They annually have greater than 100% delivery man turnover, and for good reason. They're playing games with worker pay. Moreover, they require availability on Sundays, without compensation. All you Christians out there, heads up. Beware companies that wrap themselves in the Christian flag while foisting faustian bargains on their workers. Less

Reasonably priced , friendly staff! They do not like to work weekends. So be prepared to have it delivered on Friday and picked up on Monday.
