One thing I really liked about working with him was that there was no surprise cost for closing or mortgage payments. He sets up a sheet with all expenses in details, even including your utility bills and property tax, so you can see how much you have to pay monthly if you put an offer on a place. Jeff is great guy to work with and is highly professional. His skills and contacts all over the vendors/banks makes him stay a step ahead of any situation. He kept us updated and helped us through the process. Even with the part which we have to deal with on our own, but he made sure we have everything beforehand. A reasonable difference that i noticed is he is always well-prepared about the discussion or situation. Even the tools he use and the way he explains the stuff is great. A small but reasonable difference that i noticed is the use of excel sheets along with a video tutorial which covers every single detail.
