Today was my first time going to ERTH spa after spending several months waiting to go. Ran into the boss and he was the sweetest human. It is super clean and aesthetically pleasing. The instructions I were given made me feel ready to use all the equipment. Abby was fantastic at guiding me through all of it. I felt a holistic healing after doing a cycle that included PEMF mats at alpha frquency (you can choose your frequency), red light, cold plunge, then sauna. I loved that I had the freedom to choose where I wanted to start the cycle. One of the best cherry on top perks, was the cold essential oil towels for the sauna, the perfect touch to my eyes and forehead while soaking up the heat.
