We had a good experience working with ACR on our bathroom remodel. The total project took 2-weeks to remodel our entire master bathroom - new flooring, paint, glass shower, shower tile, freestanding tub, fixtures, lighting, mirror, and double vanity. Working with James during the project discovery phase was great. He was patient with us as we decided on everything and helped navigate us when we had questions. Once the project started we worked with Keith, the project manager, and he started by personally inspecting all the materials and items we purchased to make sure there were no surprises once the project started. Keith was out everyday and had great communication with me throughout the project. We are so happy with our new bathroom and appreciate all the hard work their crew put in to transform our dated bathroom to a modern bathroom we love. Thanks!

We decided to go with ACR for our bathroom remodel after getting 4 quotes. Ultimately because we trusted that they will do the best job after meeting James.For most of the scheduling we worked with Stella and she was amazing. Keith was the project manager that communicated with us while the renovation was taking place and we were traveling. He did an amazing job with providing timely updates and photos.The one issue we had was with one of the recommended vendors for the cabinets - Diamond. Since this was our first major renovation we decided to go with the recommended vendor but ultimately we were not happy with them.This is not a direct reflection of ACRs work and I would definitely use them again for our other bathrooms in the future and recommend to anyone else. But just stay away from Diamond for our cabinets.Changing to 5 stars since we had an issue recently that ACR came out to fix very quickly.

I would like to thank @Advanced Custom Renovations for doing an impressive job on our primary bathroom. It was a very 90’s bathroom with low countertops and small bathtub and dated shower and it was transformed into a more usable, modern, and enjoyable bathroom. We picked out the materials and got them delivered and ACR was able to get us on the schedule to get it completed with time to spare. Their bathroom transformation took 3 weeks, which is very impressive also. Keith does such an excellent job of keeping track of the project and letting the customer know what is planned for that week. Keith, Jim, Derrick, and Tammy did such an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

We recently used ACR for a guest bath renovation and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. James and Keith were great to work with and communicated throughout. Everyone was on time and very clean. We will be using them once again for the master bedroom. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough positive things about Advanced Custom Renovations. From start to finish, working with them was an absolute pleasure.We initially contacted James for an estimate to replace our upstairs carpet with luxury vinyl flooring. We were on a tight timeline, and Stella in the office was instrumental in coordinating everything to ensure the project stayed on track. One thing that sets Advanced apart is their pricing model: they provide a quote for labor and building materials, including allowances for flooring, and then you handle the shopping and purchasing of the flooring yourself.James guided us through every step—answering all of our questions and offering excellent recommendations on where to buy flooring, baseboards, and other materials. Once everything was delivered to our home, their crew (Allan, Michael, Ramon, & Renee) completed the installation. They were some of the kindest, most respectful workers we’ve encountered, and the quality of their work was outstanding. (Side note: personally, I would not recommend vinyl over tile, though we couldn’t choose tile due to weight concerns.)We were also planning to install new exterior doors, and Keith was meticulous with his measurements and incredibly generous with his time, patiently addressing all of our questions and concerns.We would absolutely use Advanced Custom Renovations again for any future projects—our only regret is not discovering them sooner! We can’t recommend them enough!

I recently had my tub converted into a walk-in shower by Advanced Custom Renovations. They did an amazing job. Everyone who worked on the project was professional and showed up on time. The whole remodel took about two weeks and everything went really smoothly.The new shower looks fantastic! The tile work is super clean. I love the attention to detail. The niche is large and looks great too.Overall, I’m really happy with how it turned out. It completely transformed our master bathroom. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about doing a bathroom remodel. We'd hire them again without hesitation.
