I have tried various workouts and gyms including personal coaches, boot camp, Pilates, spinning, and yoga. Nothing really stuck for me until CrossFit Ignite. As a woman over 50, I wanted to learn how to strength train but felt intimidated by the idea of weightlifting in the gym.
