They resized my fiancée’s engagement ring for free and also repaired one of my necklaces for a fair and transparent price. Everything was clearly explained upfront, and there were no surprises.Overall, they were honest, helpful, and easy to work with. We never felt pressured—just genuinely taken care of. Unfriendly staff to say the least . I asked how much a battery attached to a drill was and the answer I got " we don't split items , I'f you wanna pay my guys salary then maybe you can buy it " relax guy I asked for a battery for a old drill . Keep it on the shelf Facebook marketplace and anywhere with respect is better. See ya never and i used to love checking this place out. Not gonna deal with attitude while trying to spend money in your store lol. Kid you ain't your dad who build that place. It's gonna go down !

My experience with this business has been extremely negative, and I found their behavior to be highly unprofessional and concerning. When I attempted to address an issue regarding a ring I previously sold, I was met with threatening responses instead of basic customer service. I have photos of myself wearing the ring, and because of the way this situation has unfolded, I am considering taking the matter to the police.In my personal experience, attempting to leave an honest review led to intimidation, which is completely unacceptable. Customers have the right to free speech and to share truthful experiences—that’s the entire purpose of Google Reviews.I also encourage potential customers to look closely at the reviews and advertising practices. The business appears as a sponsored result when searching for pawn shops, which typically means they are using Google Ads. In my opinion, this raises questions about the authenticity of some of the reviews.Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from or doing business with this establishment.

One year ago, I came in needing to sell a ring to help pay off some debt. When I brought it in, I was told the stones were not real diamonds and was given a lower price because of that. Recently, I saw the exact same ring for sale at this shop—now advertised as having real diamonds.That experience made it very clear to me that this place is not transparent or honest in theirevaluations. I walked away feeling misled, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious and get a second opinion before trusting their assessments or doing business here.
