I knew you were lying about the weight, which is why I asked you to weight it again. When you did the same shady action with the scale I was trying not to laugh. 37.7 grams is about the same weight as 6-7 quarters. My chain is so heavy it's too uncomfortable to wear. I'm sure you get away with lying to people all the time, which is why it's so easy for you to double down on your public response here.DO NOT trust these guys. They are liars and tried to scam me badly today. They are absolutely horrible people. I brought in a beautiful, 150+g Italian 925 sterling silver chain. It's so heavy, it's too uncomfortable for me to wear. The jerk that I talked to weighed it so quickly, he didn't even let the scale settle before removing it. I asked, him how much it weighed, and he did the same quick, on and off the scale again and said it was only 30g. He knew he was lying, and he knew that I knew he was lying. He started talking so fast, that it was hard to understand him. He said it wasn't nice or valuable and it would just be melted down. This jerk then offered me $40 for the chain. That is just disgusting. He's a scam artist. The melt value is at least $150, and this chain is far too beautiful to scrap. I already had a pretty good idea of what it's worth, and there was no way I was going to let this dirt bag buy it for $40. He would easily turn around and sell it for $300 - $500, maybe more. Seriously, don't do business with these jerks. They will lie to you and rip you off. They are not honest business people at all.
