Project finished and Carlos went on a 2 week vacation and upon inspeciton I found these issues. Pictures and more (too many to post them all) posted. Crooked vanity drawers, transition strip falling off when lightly vaccuumed over, a chunk taken out of the side of the vanity, scratches on the new glass shower door. The moulding (I can't even phathom what that is and how he would think it was ok to leave it that way) and not expect me to notice it. Very mysogynistic behaviour from him and his "glass" guy. He said he cleaned the glass and didn't see any scratches and all his "glass" guy did was ignore and gave me can of glass cleaner. The worst of it all is my shower that splashes water all over the floor because the sweep on the inside of the door does not make contact with the shower base. There is a large open space where the water comes out. They came back 3 times and totaly gaslit me telling me the water was coming from above, and Carlos even went so far as to tell me he doesn't have a "sweep" on the shower at his house. I have sent numerous pictures, slow motion video's, tried explaining it many times but again they will NOT listen to me and continue to gaslight me even after I had my son who is high up in the industry contact them. Their only solutions was to install a "cheaper" shower door. I just want them to either replacing the sweep or a new shower door because obviously the one they installed is defective !!!! Last night I rolled up a tower and suffed it into the area that was splashing water and low and behold no water. Imagine that!!!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. So very dissapointing!!!! If you are a single woman I would highly recommend staying away from these people.

My family and I were looking to renovate our basement and turn our extra storage space into a suite with a kitchen and a bathroom. Carlos and his team were the people that we hired and they were all very professional about it. Carlos gave us a detailed quote prior to commencing the work that included the materials and labour that were required, which he honoured in the end when the work was done. He gave us a very reasonable quote compared to many of the other companies that we had called and we appreciated his team's attention to detail. We are really happy with the end result, it really exceeded our expectations. Would definitely hire them again.
