WOW This was my first time using this sort of service & I have to say I was blown away. The lodge itself was perfect, we walked in & it was spotlessly clean in all area's, the lay out of the lodge was lovely & there really was everything you could possible need. Mr Rob was the perfect host, he clearly puts his heart & could into making the lodge perfect for everyone. Everything you could want ot need in the kitchen, there are games , books & jigsaws & a lot more for all to enjoy. The Beeches lodge is perfect for everyone. There is equipment for every possibility & more. It was lovely having 2 bathrooms as there were 4 adults in the property. It was also lovely to walk into a place that was happy to have Dogs stay yet you couldn't smell dog at all. The dogs had a lovely time on the decking & also enjoyed the secret garden. The bedding quality & the towel quality were amazing, the duvets was lovely & plump & very nicely laundered & allll there was plenty of it. This lodge is by far the perfect lodge for all families with beautiful views to die for just a few steps away & just a short walk there are some lovely shops to have a browse in or just sit back & take in the views. The Marina is incredibly secure which makes it lovely for families. Secure gates so no riff raff can get in which I know wold worry many parents. Ŕ I really cannot speak highly enough about the Beeches lodge. Its going to be a toight job to find anything as good as this place t stay whether it be a romantic weekend or a family trip. Fabulous little find. It was perfect for our group of 5 friends. Rob had left a cute hamper as well as croissants for breakfast and fresh cookies! Will definitely look to book again, hopefully with better weather 😀 Less

Very nice and complete lodge on a marina site. Great help , welcoming and service from Rob the owner. Good restaurants and shops, well equipped and modern. Biggest canal boats marina in England. We enjoyed staying here. Less

The lodge is on a Lovely well maintained site. The lodge was located with a view of the marina and within easy walking distance of shops and eateries. Good walks nearby & dog friendly. Rob, the owner was knowledgeable of the location who gave us plenty of information prior to and at our arrival. The lodge itself had everything you would need for your stay. We Would definitely recommend this lodge for a quiet break & look forward to returning at sometime. Less

Beech Lodge was a tranquil lodge with beautiful surroundings and it was very peaceful. The added security of being in a gated community was reassuring. The lodge had everything we needed, it was comfortable, homely, clean and roomy. The decor was well presented and maintained. The kitchen was very well equipped and Rob was a very attentive host, making our stay very relaxed and enjoyable. The marina area is very close by offering food and drink outlets for the evening, which made for a relaxed evening during our stay. We would definitely stay again in the future.
