We have a 1930's 6ft tub that had been "refinshed" during a previous owner redo...but it was chipping and looked dull. We contacted Bathmasters and Mike responded the same day and arranged a refinish within a week. He showed up on time as promised and was extremely friendly and professional. Within 2 hours we had a completely refinished, glossy white tub that looks like it is new from the porcelain factory! He even added skid resistance to the bottom. It looks great, he was in and out in no time, and it is Definitely worth doing if you need a bathroom refresh!

Working with Mike was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a quote over the phone after I sent him photos. From the photos he was able to determine that my cultured marble vanity top, ceramic tub and tile surround as well as the all tile shower could be refinished! He communicated clearly and showed up exactly when he said he was going to be there. The whole process took two days and he even came back the following day to do a few touchups. My bathrooms look brand new and I am so glad we went this way instead of a complete guy job which I thought it needed as evident from the before photos! My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner!

Mike does great work BathMasters has reasonable prices,while others way overpriced Mike should up on time showed pride in his work and didn't leave a mess behind.We where so happy getting our Kitchen counter tops,instead of getting it replaced spend high dollars give BathMasters a shot.

Do not hire Bathmasters. Mike, the owner operator does not know what he is doing. Poor communication to start with should have been the red flag, but I proceeded. He did not prep the tub and particles of debris were in the finish. He said he could scuff them out and add another clean top coat another day. The next day, he scuffed the tub which deeply scarred the previous spray in a few areas. At this point, Mike gave up - mid job. Told me he could not finish the job because he was already "too deep into loss" He told me to call Bathcrest to have them now strip the entire tub and do the finish work and then left. He left the tub in worse condition than when he started it. As a home remodeled, I myself know this is NOT how you do business. Sometimes you take a loss, especially if you are at fault. You make things right and do your best to complete the job. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO WORK ON YOUR BATHTUB!
