Code 5 has been a game changer for me. I've never been a "Gym" goer, but tried everything for a while, Pilates, home work-outs, running, swimming. I'd just never been consistent, or saw the results I wanted. What I was lacking was community, and a little accountability / someone giving me a little push to try just a little bit harder. And also the confidence to walk into a gym full of people. Starting the Code 5 Challenge was the best thing I've done for myself! And carrying on committed to 2 x weekly workouts is investment for my future. As a busy mum, and also knowing I need more weight / resistance training in my life "as I get older", this challenge made it simple to commit to myself, and created a new habit for me. The community work outs made it fun, the education and information really helps, and I quickly started to feel and see the results in my energy, how my clothes fit, and my confidence in actually walking into a busy gym. I now know all kinds of people go to Code 5, from those just starting their wellness journey, all the way to those chasing the 1%. And there are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable trainers like Lucy and Jared giving me a little nudge, and little correction so I am improving each time. Less
