I have worked out at “regular” gyms for most of my adult life. Mostly using free weights. I have trained for (and completed) a 1/2 marathon as well as a Tough Mudder. I was burned out by the 2-hour workout routine -then trying to fit in Cardio-I slowly stopped going. Fit4living’s 6 week Weight Loss Challenge came across my FB feed. I was skeptical since I had never done group classes except for spin. Well, it’s been almost 2 years since I started and fell in love with the workouts and the trainers. The “boot camp” is different every day, I work every body part + cardio in one hour. I can work as hard or a lightly as I need. The personalized attention ensures I am performing each move correctly....and I am encouraged to push myself. I also love the accountability that comes from the other members-not just the trainers. I am more fit now than I have been since my 20’s....and more so than when I was competing in Tough Mudder!! Whether you’re 18 or 80, this gym will have you leaner, stronger, and more fit than you thought imaginable!!
