I came to Rehabletics after 4 months of working with generic pt’s for a meniscus repair recovery and not seeing much improvement. The first day I walked into the building I was immediately bought in. Erik and Jamie are both incredibly knowledgeable and will tailor exercises for your specific needs. The one on one style they offer is amazing, and they also offer numerous things for recovery as well. After only 2 weeks of sessions with Erik I feel much more confident in my knee and pain with certain movements has gone down tremendously. Absolutely the BEST! Tried traditional and wellness methods for three years…..temporary help but issue returned. Started in January and felt improvement after second session! Returned to sports activities and feel great. Can’t thank Dr. Erik and Dr. Jaime enough…….don’t wait, feel better today 💪💪
