As a nurse, my work is physically demanding, and over time I found myself unable to participate in the activities I enjoy—running, playing volleyball, kayaking, and more. I wanted to focus on rebuilding strength and improving my functional mobility. I had always assumed my discomfort was due to a back issue, but with Jaime’s guidance, I learned the underlying cause was hip and glute weakness.Since beginning training with him, I’ve experienced significant improvement and continue to make meaningful progress. Eric has since joined the team, and brings the same level of attentiveness and professionalism. I have been going here for 2-3 months now and I can’t recommend this place more. They take great care of you and give you what is best for your recovery. Very nice place as well. Highly recommend any athlete who needs a place for physical therapy to come to Rehabletics.

I cannot recommend this place enough. After going to several PT clinics in the past and feeling frustrated by a lack of progress, I can confidently say Rehabletics has been a completely different experience. As a collegiate lacrosse player working to return to sport after multiple injuries, I needed a team that understood performance, not just basic rehab. From day one, they created a structured, individualized plan that challenged me appropriately and helped me rebuild strength and confidence. Dr. Erik and Dr. Jaime truly listen, explain the why behind everything we do, and continuously progress my program based on how I’m responding. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I am actually moving forward instead of just maintaining. I highly recommend this place.
