Absolutely the BEST! Tried traditional and wellness methods for three years…..temporary help but issue returned. Started in January and felt improvement after second session! Returned to sports activities and feel great. Can’t thank Dr. Erik and Dr. Jaime enough…….don’t wait, feel better today 💪💪

As a nurse, my work is physically demanding, and over time I found myself unable to participate in the activities I enjoy—running, playing volleyball, kayaking, and more. I wanted to focus on rebuilding strength and improving my functional mobility. I had always assumed my discomfort was due to a back issue, but with Jaime’s guidance, I learned the underlying cause was hip and glute weakness.Since beginning training with him, I’ve experienced significant improvement and continue to make meaningful progress. Eric has since joined the team, and brings the same level of attentiveness and professionalism.
