I hurt my ankle while traveling in August 2023 and after a year of failed rehab attempts and multiple doctors, in August 2024 I was starting to get desperate. I went looking for a more holistic and athletic-minded PT practice and thank goodness I found Rehabletics. Within a month my ankle made more progress than the previous 12 combined. The team took an aggressive approach with my ankle and even helped me make sure that my full body was taken care of after that much time being inactive. Forever grateful! I had dug myself far into a running overuse injury ditch, and tried many things — other PT, insoles, cortisone, exercises from YouTube , acupuncture, running analysis etc and was basically ready to give up. I began working with Erik and slowly but surely things got better, he got me to a place where I was pain free , running again, then set up a program for me to do to remain healthy. Raise your hand if you have had PT in the past. Now forget everything and see what sets Rehabletics apart. My D1 rower daughter was introduced to Dr. Jamie by her coach and Rehabletics did wonders for her. BUT then it was my turn - In November 2023 I fell and shattered my elbow. At 56 and two surgeries, I thought full use of my arm was over. I asked Dr. Jamie if he would please help me. OMG - if you didn’t see my 10” scar, you would have no idea I had done the damage I did. After PT with Dr. Jamie and Erik and I am putting my hair up in a ponytail with ease, lifting boxes over my head, putting my arm back behind my body and exercising without limitations. My doctor was amazed at what I could do. I will NEVER go to a “regular” PT again and I will NEVER send my athlete daughter to anyone else.
