Jason Walters is someone we wholeheartedly recommend to help you with any real estate pursuit. Somehow, likely because he already had so many top-notch reviews online, ChatGPT directed us to him in our search for a house in Oxnard. We feel so lucky it did, too! Jason was professional from the get-go: always timely, communicative, and kind. He knows a ton about the Oxnard area (even down to where to grab a meal or catch a wave), and he went out of his way to help us with many different logistics. His knowledgeable help negotiating was excellent as well: Jason's the bomb! We couldn't recommend him any more highly.

We talked to a few realtors before choosing Jason Walters, to sell our family home after the death of our parents and looking back, it was the bestdecision we could have made.Selling our family home wasn’t easy, so many moving parts. There was a lot of history, a lot of emotion, and plenty ofunexpected challenges along the way. Through all of it, Jason never lost his patience. He wasgenerous with his time, always available when we needed him, and never made us feel like wewere asking too many questions. He truly cared about getting us through the process, not justgetting the sale. The results speak for themselves. We had multiple offers on the first day and sold our home for$100,000 over asking price. That doesn’t happen by chance. Jason knew how to price the home, present it, handle the offers, and guide us toward the best decision. What meant the most to me was that he never gave up on us. He stayed steady through everyproblem and treated us like people, not another transaction. By the end of it, we didn’t just have agreat realtor. We had someone we trusted completely, a friend! If you’re looking for a realtor who is patient, knowledgeable, honest, and truly shows up for hisclients, I would recommend Jason 100,000 times over again 💫

Jason is a superstar. I purchased 10 houses with Jason two years ago, and sold them over the past few months. all with Jason's help. Jason helped organize the repairs. Jason communicates well, always keeping me up to date on how the transaction is progressing. Always looking after my interests, and helping the transaction run smoothly. No games, just a straight shooter. I have worked with other brokers, but none compare to Jason. I am very fortunate to have met him and worked with Jason.

I had the pleasure of working with Jason on a lengthy transaction, which, like many things in life, had its share of twists and turns. Despite facing many unexpected changes, Jason maintained a calming and "can-do" attitude throughout the entire process. His kindness, professionalism, knowledge, and expertise in navigating the challenges made all the difference. Jason is not only an outstanding realtor for his clients but also a fantastic colleague within the real estate industry. Truly exemplary! Well done Jason!
