We did barbell basics with Marita at Transform Fitness and had a blast! She took the time to break down each movement clearly, showing proper form and explaining the purpose behind every lift. When we were learning the more technical lifts, she was really encouraging - checking our posture, adjusting our grip when needed, and patiently guiding us through the tricky parts without making it feel overwhelming.The energy in the class was upbeat and motivating, which made the whole experience enjoyable instead of intimidating. I left feeling more confident with the barbell and excited to come back next week!
