Absolutely love the community of people and the workout programming! I have found a place that feels completely safe, I am zero worried about scaling a workout or asking a question. I know I am supported and have an attentive coaching/ other members. The workouts are great, the environment is great, honestly you will not regret walking in!

If you are looking to leave Ohio Strength, beware that you have to cancel your membership 2 weeks in advance of your next payment due date, or they will charge you in full for the following month, no exceptions. Also beware that if you put your membership on “hold” for a certain period of time, they will unpause at the end of that time frame, only notifying you of this through the app you use to schedule classes. Then they will proceed to charge you in full.

I was only in Columbus for 7 weeks but had a great time training at Ohio Strength. It was my first time doing CrossFit, and they were welcoming and spent time describing correct form.

I started attending classes at Ohio Strength a month ago to be closer to my work, and have had such a positive experience so far. All the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and kind.As a new client, I felt comfortable right away and welcomed by clients who had clearly been going there for multiple years . Someone showed me where to find all the needed equipment and quickly answered my initial questions. There are four nice shower rooms available that make it easy for me to get ready after the morning class, and it’s a great way to start my day. I look forward to continuing to meet new people and getting stronger!

Thank you for a great week of drop-ins! Traveling from Chicago, I was looking for a friendly box. Ohio Strength had welcoming staff, tons of hours, and the facility is amazing. Not only is there ample equipment and space, but it's clean and well kept. The community clearly takes pride in their space. Overall, whenever I'm in Columbus I'm coming back. Thank you!!!

We had the pleasure of visiting this gym prior to the CrossFit Age Group Games. From the minute we walked in, we were offered friendship, help and support. The facility is amazing with top class equipment and coaches. Jess and Nick coached our sessions and were wonderful. We also found out that Ryan does his own programming which we really enjoyed…. I dropped in at Ohio Strength and had a great experience! The gym is spacious, well equipped, and very clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere made it easy to feel comfortable right away. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for a solid spot to train.

I recently joined Ohio Strength and wasn’t sure what to expect. As a runner, I wanted to incorporate some strength training but not go overboard. At other gyms, I’ve found that everyone tends to follow the same training plan, but Ohio Strength took a different approach. They customized a plan that fit my needs and goals, which made a huge difference. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is fantastic—the staff and fellow gym members are welcoming, and the overall vibe is incredible. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a supportive and well-structured training environment

We dropped in twice while spectating at the Arnold Sports Fest. Everyone at Ohio Strength was friendly, hospitable and engaging. I dropped in on a “partner workout” Saturday. Right away, I was invited to join a group. My husband is not a crossfit guy, but still dropped in for Open Gym to get a workout. It was perfect! Coaching was fantastic. The facility is clean and equipment is plentiful. Thank you, Ohio Strength. Highly recommend for anyone considering crossfit or needing a drop-in gym while traveling!

We were in town for the Arnold Classic and dropped in for 5am class Friday and 7am Saturday. Solid coaching. Great facility. Open and welcoming community. Nick led us through 25.1 - super white board brief and discussion /demo of standards. Jake ran Saturday AM. His energy and positive mindset was on point.I would 100% come back here and recommend it to anyone that needs a drop in workout.Ps- they also have a sauna and cold plunge room. Totally solid!
