I am extremely grateful for this practice! I was soooo nervous having pretty bad dental anxiety but after years of neglect I said I need to get some things taken care of. I went to a couple of other dentists and couldn't commit to doing service with them feeling dismissed when I voiced my concerns and was turned off by all the sales pitches. I was pretty discouraged but I was like well let me give LifeSmiles a go and I regret not coming sooner. From the moment I walked to the reception desk I was warmly greeted by Shiela, Dr. Parbhoo, and Tracie who were all so friendly and accommodating. I was taken back shortly and was in awe of how the place felt more like a spa than a dentist. On this note I thought this would make the cost even less affordable having no insurance but to my surprise it was more reasonable than the offices I went to with their ''discount'' plans (They do offer a variety of financing plans if needed) The chairs had light massagers which was such a nice touch, the lighting was warm, aesthetics aside what really shone was the team, from the dental hygenists Jenna and Tara, to Dr. Houston- it was nice to feel like they listened to me and actually heard me. They were friendly, gentle, thorough, transparent, and truly made me feel at ease which is something I thought I would never be able to feel at the dentist. I am not dreading having to go back and I thank you all so much for taking care of me. Please keep doing what you're doing! <3

Melissa and Dr. Darmesh Parbhoo are excellent. The office staff deserves a thank you too. They are efficient and kind.I am new to the area and this office will be my permanent dental care team.

I had my cleaning yesterday, and I can honestly say I love coming to this dental office. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind—it doesn’t feel like a typical medical office at all.My dentist and dental hygienist are both amazing. They take such great care of me and always make me feel like I’m getting VIP treatment. What really stands out is how comfortable I feel now. I used to have pretty bad dental chair anxiety and even needed nitrous (gas) just for cleanings. Since becoming a patient here, I’ve only needed it once—on my very first visit. That alone says so much about the environment they’ve created.Now I actually feel calm and at ease during my appointments, which is something I never thought I’d say. I truly feel cared for, respected, and valued every time I’m there. I’m so grateful to have found a dental office where I feel this comfortable and confident in my care.Highly recommend to anyone, especially if you’ve ever struggled with dental anxiety—you’ll be in great hands here.
