Pedro was there at 08:00 as they said. I want to say that this is one of the best companies I've had to deal with. In a time and age where customer service is lacking. Pedro was so awesome to work with. I'm a big supporter of the small business and this is one that I would definitely support.AC went out. I called that morning. They said they were fully booked, but they would have somebody there the next day. The dispatcher said, do you have any information on the unit so that we can understand what we're going to be looking at? It would help us before we get there. I do and I sent him the information. This is before the even got to my job. Again, thank you so much for your support and to the Elk Grove community.

Jeremy and his group at Top Rank never cease to amaze me! They replaced our furnace and AC unit last June (right in the middle of the heat wave) quickly and without any headaches. Their work was incredible and both units work like a champ. And I just contacted them to get the QMID number for my 2025 tax credit and they called me back in less than five minutes with the info. Who does that these days? Unbelievable service and follow up and I can't recommend Top Rank enough. Totally five stars! Thanks Jeremy.

Jeremy and his staff never cease to amaze me. They replaced our AC & furnace last June and it works like a champ. And when I needed some information to make sure i qualified for the 2025 tax credit they called me back within five minutes. Unbelievable service and they've already followed up with my six month check up to make sure everything is working well. I would refer Top Rank and Jeremy to everyone I know, and have done so. Service that is second to none. Thanks Jeremy!

I met and spoke with Jeremy, he's a great guy and knows his heating and air. He survived the recession so his work is clearly Top Rank no pun intended. You really get what you pay for with this guy.

Top rank supplied and installed my Rheem Heat Pump Hybrid Water Heater in my home garage on Dec 21, 2024 on time and on budget. I placed the order on Dec 10 and Jeremy arranged to have the electrician, plumber and his technicians onsite to complete the job to ensure my family had hot water for the Christmas holiday. His technicians were professional. Jeremy also processes a California TECH rebate ($1800) and a Golden State Rebate ($900). Additionally I was able to claim an Federal Tax Credit ($2000) on my tax return. The total rebate/credit amount was $4700. I definitely recommend Top Rank to install a Hybrid Water Heater.

Outstanding HVAC Installation! I recently had Top Rank Heating and Air Conditioning Inc install a brand new HVAC system in my home, and I am beyond impressed with their service! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. Jeremy helped me choose the right system for my home’s needs and offered clear, detailed information about the options available, ensuring I made the right decision. On the day of the install the installation team arrived on time and worked efficiently while being respectful of my home. They handled everything with precision, and I could tell they were true professionals who knew exactly what they were doing. The new system works perfectly, and I’m very satisfied. What stood out to me most was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They made sure everything was set up perfectly and left the area clean. The pricing was fair, and the value for the quality of service and equipment is unmatched. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional HVAC company, I highly recommend Top Rank Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. I couldn’t be happier with my new system and the service they provided!

Great work from the Top Rank crew! They replaced our AC and furnace. They relocated our furnace to the attic so we had more useable space in the house. It was a big job and the guys ran into quite a bit of issues, but got the job done! Big shout out to Joe, Albert, Pedro and the rest of the crew! Jeremy - you got some solid players on the team!

After 2 weeks of dealing with some major AC issues and being massively taken advantage of by another company resulting in a loss of a substantial amount of money and a non working AC Unit, I by luck discovered Jeremy at Top Rank home services. I called his company this afternoon at 3pm (on a Saturday) and spoke with Katie who was empathetic and compassionate with reaching out to Jeremy (owner) to see if he was able to give me a call to discuss what was happening with our unit. Not expecting to hear back on a late Saturday afternoon I received an immediate call directly from Jeremy who told me he would be happy to head out this evening even with a jam packed schedule, to help take a look at what we may be facing. He keep communication open and arrived this evening like he had promised. After learning what happened to us with another company he dove right in to figure out what was happening with clear honest communication. He was able to not only fix our issue while explaining what he was doing, what needed to be done and what we should plan for in the future, he was personable and very straight forward. Jeremy went above and beyond to do things that were neglected by the other company and ensure that our family would be in a cool home in no time and he truly did just that. The price we paid for the services he rendered this evening feels like we owe him way more versus being taken advantage of by another company this week. My family is grateful beyond words for the service we experienced with Jeremy and Top Rank Home Services that I cannot begin to recommend them enough. I won’t hesitate to call him for all future services and genuinely look forward to using his company moving forward. People and companies like his are few and far between these days.

I run a dental office and our AC was having problems on Monday contacted them and they were out at 6:45 AM Tuesday morning and got our system up and running in this horrific heat. I have used them on and off from different offices over the years and they are always so prompt, courteous, reasonably priced and very professional would highly recommend them to anyone in need business or home. Thank you, Jeremy and Top Rank for keeping us nice and cool during this heat wave.

Top Rank is truly the best! Came out on a Saturday in triple-digit temps to get my AC back on track. Friendly, professional, expert advice on how to handle the issues. Jeremy and his tech do a great job and try to keep the cost as fair as possible. I have been using them since 2015 and will continue to do so. Great job! Thank you!
