I love this gym. About 6 weeks ago I was feeling so frustrated with my workouts and dieting. I was somewhat trying to lose weight and working out at a big corporate gym. I wanted a change! I wanted something that was truly focused on helping me transform my health and fitness and keep me motivated after the honeymoon phase. I was looking for group training and a gym/ trainers that would help hold me accountable. I was waiting for my Thai takeout while scrolling FB and ran across the fitness ablaze 6 week challenge. I was nervous and skeptical but decided to set up the consultation. I almost didn’t show up for that but luckily I did. I stayed consistent with my meal plan and workouts provided through the program, and pushed through both the embarrassing and challenging times. Bo the owner checks in with you regularly and that definitely helped me through the process. I have lost 19.2lbs a total of 8 inches from chest to my hips. I've seen other members here who stayed accountable in attendance, effort and nutrition who lost over 50lbs in 2017! I've seen others continually grow stronger and lift heavier weights. The other trainers do a wonderful job too. They cover when the owner is out and they lead group trainings.Fitness Ablaze Training Center is way better than any gym you'll go to and your results will be proof.I love working out here.
