Amazing team, amazing atmosphere. Life has been quite abit hectic recently but returning to this place to train and learn good life skills as well as a valuable team sport is priority nunber 1 on my list!

Best gym in Adelaide by far! Great atmosphere, very respectful, caters to all levels and Alan is a great coach. I highly recommend you at least do a trial here if you're thinking about training MMA / Jiu jitsu
