We had a great experience using The Bouncy Kingdom to rent a bounce house for our party! We did an 8 hour rental. They dropped it off an hour before the party window and picked it up 30 mins after. The staff was very friendly and explained what to do if there is rain or high wind. We will be using them again! Less

The overall equipment is great and we always have a blast with it. The only issue we have is pick up and delivery. Delivery was super early, and They picked up at 6:45am on a Monday, and we did not know they were coming that early. We just wish they would have at least called us or asked how to perform the pick up via email or text and we would've just told them to go into the backyard and grab it, no need to ring the doorbell and wake everyone up. So, I guess communication could be improved, but otherwise, we are happy with TBK every time! Less
