Their staff were professional and the they gave us advice that our slab was in good enough condition to keep (saving us money), which was re-confirmed by our structural engineer. I can't recommend Bellaluca enough for their demolition services. From the very first phone call, their communication was clear and consistent, keeping me updated at every stage of the project. As a first-timer, I had a lot of questions. A supervisor visited the site and provided some good suggestions, while another bigger company didn’t bother to come before I accepted their quotation. We asked Bellaluca Demolition to do a tricky demo job in our backyard and they were great - really happy with organisation prior to the job and the work on the day. The demo guys did great - they were very thorough and seemingly not bothered by the 40 degree weather that day. Would happily recommend.
