Bellaluca did a fantastic job on the demolition of our studio, including the removal of asbestos. They completed the job quickly, efficiently, and without any issues. Their staff were professional and the they gave us advice that our slab was in good enough condition to keep (saving us money), which was re-confirmed by our structural engineer. We recently had Bellalucca demolish our place in Mullaloo, The old home was on a block with a 4 meter high variation from front to back so it had its own challenges.Rebecca was a pleasure to work with, she took the time to come to site and assess the place to ensure there were no visible hidden costs and everything included was itemised.When it came time to start the demolition Luke and the site team did a great job, they were safe, efficient and respectful of the neighbouring properties and surrounds.I will definitely use the Bellalucca team again and can highly recommend them.
