I've been dabbling in CrossFit on and off for about 10 years, and CrossFit Erie has got to be one of the best places I've trained at. It's a welcoming place where egos are left at the door, and all of the members are truly happy to see eachother succeed. Come and join us - you might love it!

Every time I go here I sweat. I only go 4 or 5 times a week. As soon as it’s not challenging, I’ll stop going. It’s been 6 years and they keep throwing new stuff at me. Oh, and the people, they’re always encouraging me, how annoying.

Decided to try out a CrossFit gym about six months postpartum thinking I would go one or two times a week. Well I fell in love with this place and the people! I’m amazed at how much I love the workouts, the challenges, the community, and the RESULTS! Can’t recommend this place enough, if you’re one the fence just come in for one session!

I really enjoy working out at Erie Cross Fit. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and very patient. For me, cross fit is the perfect blend of athletic competition and self focus. There is no better way for me to start the day than completing a cross fit workout.

I can’t say enough positive things about CrossFit Erie, the coaches Shelby and Diana and the friends I have made since joining a few months ago.
