We had a Heat Pump/Air Conditioner installed by Headquarters Services. From the point of first contact to the finalizing of the installation, everyone was fantastic! Communication from Amy in the office was excellent every time. The Sean and “the Team” arrive when we were told and the work was top notch. If it wasn’t for the new equipment, we would have never known that they were there. In addition, an issue arose of nobody’s fault and a solution was quickly found and the problem solved. My neighbor notified me that my temperature sensing warning light was on. She went in the house and the temperature was 41 degrees inside and 8 degrees outside. I was in Florida when she called so I found Headwaters number in the Border Bulletin. When i called Amy was very responsive and friendly. She said as soon as Sean was finished with the job he was currently on, he'd take a look. In no time at all Sean got to my house, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed. On top of the quick and professional response the bill was extremely reasonable. A big thank you to the Headwaters Services Team for averting what would likely have been a major disaster of frozen pipes. 10/23/24 A couple of years after our original post, above, our old furnace gave up the ghost and it was time for a replacement. Due to our past experience with Headwaters we didn't even bother checking with any other company. Headwaters was excellent to work with. They offered multiple options and worked with us to schedule an installation date. Just as promised, technicians Tyler and Ken showed up on time and ready to go. They were true professionals and very courteous and polite. It was obvious they really knew their business. Ours was a very challenging location to install a furnace as they had to remove the old and carry in the new one, through a trap door and into an extremely confined crawl space. They completed the installation the same day and did an excellent clean up job on their way out the door. If you are in need of any heating or cooling work I highly recommend Headwaters.
