I spent 3 months working with Helen and it was incredibly beneficial for my personal health and weight loss goals! Helen is incredibly helpful and supportive of all my pursuits and always tries to tailor her advice to my personal lifestyle and abilities. The bi-weekly check-ins with her were productive and I always came away with more knowledge about how to tackle this week's goals. I can't recommend this program enough! Before I started, I struggled with making unhealthy food choices and didn't know much about portion control or how much to eat. Since joining, I've learned to be much more mindful of my food choices, and I now know what’s healthy and how to read nutrition labels properly. The results were almost immediate—I lost 12 lbs without feeling hungry throughout the process! I no longer feel guilty about eating because I’ve learned to make healthier choices, thanks to the guidance of Helen, the dietitian. Her approach was not only educational but also practical for a busy professional like myself. One of the biggest surprises was learning that you can still enjoy foods like bread and pasta while losing weight—it’s all about the quality and quantity of food! Overall, this program was an eye-opener, and I feel more confident and informed about my eating habits. Helen was informative, approachable, and realistic in her advice. Helen is not just incredibly knowledgeable, she is kind, well-organized, and hard-working. If you want to lose weight, gain muscle, change your body composition, or whatever, Helen will provide you with all the tools you need, as well as an amazing amount of support. With Helen, I overhauled my diet in a way that is somehow both healthier and better-tasting, I have lost weight in a way that does not make me feel low-energy, I have gotten stronger, and I have a healthier lifestyle with a much more positive mindset. Any challenges you have faced or are facing, Helen takes into account and customizes your plan around them. The changes are never as drastic as you fear, and the results will come if you put the work in. Plus, you learn a lot about healthy living. The experience was wonderful and I wholeheartedly recommend Helen to anybody who is interested in living healthier and feeling better.
