Working with Helen was such a great experience, and I am thankful that I made the investment to myself. My main goal was to improve my overall nutrition and build more variety into my diet. Over our 3 months together, I was able to learn many new recipes, improve my nutrition and up my protein. With Helen's guidance, expertise and easy to follow direction I was able to achieve this goal. Helen is so supportive and positive. I want to express my delight and success in following Helen's program of healthy dieting on Diet Redefined. Whether you are looking to lose or gain weight or simply eat healthier, Helen has a plethora of meal plans and on her website, a library of courses and info about all manner of health subjects. I am a senior who has not ever been into cooking my own food from scratch and she helped me to develop the habit. I've gotten down about 10 pounds to a more maintainable weight and I believe I can continue to follow healthy choices. Thank you, Helen! Less

I have a very active lifestyle and blamed my slow weight gain on aging. I've been working with Helen at Diet Redefined for 4 months and thrilled with my results. Through Helen's support, guidance and educational modules, I was able to reach my goals! She identified my needs: weight loss and muscle gain and tailored an eating plan for me. I have been able to loose 20 lbs, 3 inches off my waist, drop a dress size and get defined muscles. I feel great, kick butt in my workouts, I'm more confident with my body and making the right food choices. I can't thank Helen enough for her personable approach at making this attainable. Less

Helen has been incredible to work with. She is attentive and listens carefully to my goals and has worked with me to curate a plan that works specifically to my needs and lifestyle. Thank you Helen for being so flexible and helping me drive results and achieve my goals. I have seen a noticeable difference in my gym performance , my energy levels and overall health after sticking to Helen’s meal plans consistently. Moreover, my meals haven’t been restrictive since I was under eating, rather , Helen was able to find nutritious meals that allow me to achieve my macros and eat clean without necessarily eating quantities larger than I’m used to. My meals taste amazing, are easy to prepare and allow me to meal prep which was exactly what I was looking for.
