Helen has been a tremendous help in turning my diet from a lot processed foods to healthy, easy to make & delicious meals. Building a strong foundation of nutrition to guide my food choices going forward was important to me for health reasons as well as the weight loss. I have worked with Helen over a 6 month period and have learned how to eat so that I get enough protein, fibre and also lost 3.5 inches from around my waist. Helen is incredibly supportive and uses many different strategies to help her clients meet their goals. At times when this journey was a challenge, Helen went out of her way to check in with me, be supportive, and help me stay on track with my goals. I highly recommend her services! Less

I learned quite a lot from Helen. After speaking to me, i think she knew what my problem was right away. Long story short, i had such a big deficit (my own doing), that my body was reacting to the opposite of what i was trying to achieve. Followed her diet plan and meals (which were delicious) and the plan was to lose a pound a week. it worked so well that i was losing over a pound per week. I had more energy to work out and i didn't have the urge to binge. The way she replies to my questions were really detailed and easy to understand. it wasn't just short answers, but quality answers. She's awesome, especially our bi weekly one on one meetings and weekly accountability check/follow ups. Her spreadsheet that you fill out really helps you see how your progress is going. She also looks at that spreadsheet as well because the way she follows up and answers you. All in all a great dietitian who really cares! Less

Helen has been an incredible guide on my health journey over the last 4 months. As a 46-year old woman navigating perimenopause and challenging life circumstances, I was unsure how to fuel my changing body. Helen provided me with the knowledge and tools to understand my body’s needs, from managing my weight to understanding the effects of salt, alcohol and protein. Thanks to her guidance, I’m not only close to reaching my weight loss goals but I’ve also gained the confidence to maintain a healthy lifestyle long term. I've thoroughly enjoyed working with Helen over the last 3 months. She is very knowledgeable, understanding, and a great listener. With her guidance, I was able to lose some of the weight that I gained during Covid, but more importantly, I've established healthier habits that I can continue to implement in my daily life moving forward and I feel confident in achieving long term success. I learned how to control portions and manage my food choices without sacrificing a social life and feeling deprived of foods that I enjoy. I had the opportunity to work with Helen this past spring and summer on improving my diet and shedding a few lbs. My dietary choices had been less than stellar lately and I was not exercising as much as I used to, due to work and other commitments in life. I was finding it really easy to gain weight as you get a bit older and incredibly hard to lose it! It was a fantastic program that helped educate, motivate and drive me to achieving my goals (I've lost 12 lbs so far in about 3 mo. and am on a good track to hitting my goals). Helen was great to work with. She’s very passionate about what she does and really wants to see you achieve your goals and succeed. She’s incredibly well organized and experienced in this field. The group sessions are helpful (great discussions on key topics) as are the 1:1 sessions. At the end of the day she gives you all the tools you need to succeed. Ultimately it is up to you to make it a reality. This program motivated me, held me accountable for my dietary choices, and made me much more self aware of what I ate and what the impacts are. I’d highly recommend Helen’s services to anyone interested in improving their diet and living the healthiest life they can! Less

I started working with Helen a few months ago after meeting at a trade show. I was immediately intrigued as I have always been active but always felt I could extract more performance and results from my workouts. Turns out several things were obstacles including the type and amounts of foods I was eating. Helen helped me identify a good daily caloric intake for me, and how much less of certain things I should be eating while incorporating more vegetables, healthy fats, and protein. I’ve been very happy with the experience so far, it’s helped me improve and think about things that I eat on a daily basis. My best results are now showing on the treadmill in particular. I’m running at very fast speeds as I plan on competing in marathons in the future. I can now easily run 5-6 miles in 36-42 minutes without fatigue or needing recoveries for the next days run. I highly recommend Helen if you are looking for someone to stay accountable to!! Less

Helen was amazing to work with and is a skilled/ knowledgeable dietician! She was always available to answer questions and checked in often providing motivation and support. I would highly recommend anyone looking to lose fat or with body recomposition goals to work with Helen! Her meal plan worked very well for my lifestyle and the recipes were easy and delicious. Additionally, she provides multiple useful additional resources such as tips for eating out, suggested meal choices at popular restaurant chains, and additional recipes. I never felt like her guidance was restrictive and she ensures to incorporate diet flexibility as life is about balance! I was able to achieve my goals with her in the 3 months I worked with her and she was readily available to adjust my plan when I hit a plateau. I now feel like I have confidence and knowledge to make healthy meal choices and have an understanding of nutrition that will allow me to continue to reach my goals. Do not hesitate to work with her!
