I did a 3-month program with Helen this year with the goal is changing my mindset when it comes to food intake and exercise. Because I am a major foodie, I found that reducing my food intake and limiting my indulgences to be near impossible. However, I was able to work with Helen to still be able to eat the things that I love while still being in a calorie deficit. I was also able to massively reduce my bloating issues which is a big win for me. This program has been amazing as I have learned so much about nutrition and approaching it in a positive, realistic way. With the skills and knowledge that I've learned from Helen, I feel confident that I can continue my weight loss and health journey on my own with gradual progress.
