Building a strong foundation of nutrition to guide my food choices going forward was important to me for health reasons as well as the weight loss. I have worked with Helen over a 6 month period and have learned how to eat so that I get enough protein, fibre and also lost 3.5 inches from around my waist. Helen is incredibly supportive and uses many different strategies to help her clients meet their goals. At times when this journey was a challenge, Helen went out of her way to check in with me, be supportive, and help me stay on track with my goals. I highly recommend her services! Less

I learned quite a lot from Helen. After speaking to me, i think she knew what my problem was right away. Long story short, i had such a big deficit (my own doing), that my body was reacting to the opposite of what i was trying to achieve. Followed her diet plan and meals (which were delicious) and the plan was to lose a pound a week. it worked so well that i was losing over a pound per week. I had more energy to work out and i didn't have the urge to binge. The way she replies to my questions were really detailed and easy to understand. it wasn't just short answers, but quality answers. She's awesome, especially our bi weekly one on one meetings and weekly accountability check/follow ups. Her spreadsheet that you fill out really helps you see how your progress is going. She also looks at that spreadsheet as well because the way she follows up and answers you. All in all a great dietitian who really cares! Less

I've thoroughly enjoyed working with Helen over the last 3 months. She is very knowledgeable, understanding, and a great listener. With her guidance, I was able to lose some of the weight that I gained during Covid, but more importantly, I've established healthier habits that I can continue to implement in my daily life moving forward and I feel confident in achieving long term success. I learned how to control portions and manage my food choices without sacrificing a social life and feeling deprived of foods that I enjoy.
