As an out of state real estate broker and investor, I was looking for a reliable and objective appraiser for a property I plan to purchase. I feel fortunate to have found Choice Appraisal Services, and Conrad Meertins. I submitted a request on his site, he called me back immediately. We scheduled an appraisal while I was still in California and he did a great job with a FaceTime video walk thru of the property. He was very detailed in his comparative analysis and at the same time provided a quality appraisal report + pictures + condition report. I plan to purchase multiple properties in Louisville. It is a comfort to know I now have a professional and experienced appraiser to work with.
