Professionalism with a capital " P." We had an issue with the agreed to contract price on our property after a low-ball appraisal from the buyers appraiser. We reached out to Choice Appraisals and they provided us a detailed rebuttal appraisal that substantiated sticking to our agreed to contract price. We were able to get the buyers to agree to close for the contract price. We highly recommend their service!!!!
