I cannot say enough good things about Cross Plains Family Chiropractic and their Drs. and staff! I have always had a 'bad back' and it all came to a head when I sprained my L5 and then got pregnant with twins! All throughout pregnancy, my back and neck pain was getting worse and it did not go away after delivery as I hoped it would. I finally decided to really commit to giving chiropractics a try (vs. just 1-3 appointments and giving up) and I can happily say I am virtually pain free most days! I find myself bracing for pain that is no longer there and being able to do exercises that I would typically either modify or stay away from altogether. The transformation is amazing and I am able to be a much better mom to my kids now that the pain is gone! Aside from that, the staff is so kind, caring, and patient with my hectic schedule and they always find time to accommodate me. 100% recommend them to anyone who needs to get rid of chronic pain!
