Edit: We cancelled with this company due to their lack of communication. Once we cancelled they requested us to delete our honest review of their company. Moving forward they are still charging us $2000 a month.Unfortunately, our experience with Santer Media over the last 7 months has been very disappointing.Communication was consistently poor. Multiple times it took 3–4 follow-ups just to get ads edited or corrected. Issues were repeatedly blamed on the “tech team,” and no one ever took ownership or responsibility.Santer Media also set up HighLevel to manage our leads, calls, and texts, but it was configured incorrectly. This resulted in thousands of automated texts being sent to our members, and when members replied, we never received their messages. This caused lost revenue and damage to our reputation.Reaching ownership was also an issue. Several meetings with the owner were scheduled and canceled. I sent a direct message outlining these concerns, but days later there was no response, despite the owner appearing active online.Overall, the service did not deliver what was promised. We would not recommend Santer Media.

Our business ran and operated on word of mouth for the first year plus. We’ve been in partnership with Santer Media for 2 months and have really enjoyed there service. All they have to offer really helps us get note people into the door plus a good place to communicate with all new clients and leads. Definitely been a good investment for us at GET REIT STAY REIT. I spent 30 minutes on the phone outlining our business needs. The guy (we will just say R) says what a great fit we are blah blah and wants to set up a zoom call. I SPECIFICALLY told R on the first phone call we needed help acquiring kids ages 5-10 for one of our locations.Then today had our zoom call to "see the strategy he put together for us." After he spent 10+ minutes cursing telling us how legit the company is and how "(explicit) good they are at their jobs" and how they "under promise and over deliver," he asked if we had any questions. Our first question is how does your marketing strategy target 5 yr old kids? He said it didn't and that it was his bad and he hadn't looked into our company that much and that we wouldn't be a good fit.So, basically this company is just like everyone else. Doesn't listen to what your company needs but is ready to sell you something and hype themselves up. So I think you guys are in fact NOT (explicit) good at your job.
