I've been going to the fit club for 4 months. I've had the pleasure of working with both Coach Liliana and Coach Dan. The trainers are very knowledgeable and have helped me greatly. They make the workouts fun, but still challenging enough. I've loved my time there and I'm happy to continue with the program.

Great working with Terra Lynne at The Fit club. She keeps workouts interesting and pushes me for extra when she knows that I can. I could not do it without her guidance and insurance that I am doing the exercises correctly. With her help, I believe that my goals are well within reach.

I've been a member at The Fit Club since August of last year and it's been transformative. I've had Alex as my semi-private coach since joining. I just started my fitness journey and I have to say it’s been everything they said it would be. My trainer Dan is awesome and super encouraging and I don’t need to feel like a Mack truck ran over me after every session to feel the progress (just a small pick up at worst 😂) plus we have fun during the session is what makes it easy to keep coming back.

I joined the program with 1 semi-private class each week back in May and I absolutely enjoyed it! Bryan was very helpful with explaining how the program works and making sure my goals were on track. All of the staff are super super kind and encouraging which made exercising so much more fun. I highly recommend The Fit Club and it’s programs!!! :)

I wish I joined the Fit Club years ago - it is completely changing my life. I joined about 3 months ago and have been having a fantastic experience with the world's greatest trainer, Steve. I originally signed up because I had been recovering from 3 major injuries from the past year, and my physical and mental health were starting to deteriorate quickly. I was a little apprehensive at first because I had never been a part of a structured gym with a professional trainer before, and had been pretty active in my regular gym, but it is worth every penny and more. Steve is exactly the person that I didn't know I needed in my life. It's hard to believe how deeply he understands human physiology in so many contexts - from recovering from injuries to high performance sports and of course thriving in your body during the regular courses of life - Steve knows it all. He's great at distilling complex concepts into easy to understand and applicable information, and he has all the patience in the world to teach slow learners like myself. I used to pride myself on my strength and ability in the gym, but after just a few sessions with Steve I learned pretty quickly that I hadn't truly been taking care of my body, and that I didn't need to live with the pain, stiffness and discomfort that I had always experienced. So much more to say but Steve is a real gift in my life right now and I would recommend him to anyone looking to improve their overall wellness. I joined The Fitclub by Price Health last summer and I LOVE IT! I wished I hadn’t debated and waited so long to join. The trainers are AMAZING!! The gym atmosphere is unlike any other. Everyone is so friendly and I never feel like I’m being judged, it really does feel like family! I have worked out with every trainer at some point or other and you can switch between them at anytime. It won’t impact your work out or progress and you don’t feel like you are “cheating on” a trainer by switching it up. I am doing things in the gym in my 40’s that I could not do in my 20’s because I didn’t think I could or didn’t know how to start. I appreciate that the team teaches me each exercise and makes sure that I am doing the exercises properly, feeling my muscles work where and when they should be and I’m never afraid that I’m going hurt myself which is what drew me to the fit club. Workouts are catered to you and modifications are offered when needed or requested. I have never stuck to a workout regime this long before and I look forward to my continued progress! I started this gym a few months ago because my personal couch left this town. I am a very picky person when I choose gym and couches. I was going to try just a month to see how this half personal training works out for me. And it worked out great and I decided to continue. I tried most of the couches here and they are all good, focusing on each person, giving enough attention, and correcting forms etc. Especially, Alex fixed my deadlift form that I was having difficulty figuring out what the problem was. I had many couches who tried to fix my deadlift form by trying all different methods for the last 5 years. She observed my form and then quickly corrected several things and now I can do deadlift stimulating the right spots of my body. Big kudos to Alex! Less

Great place, doesn't matter you are just a beginner or have experience, the trainer will definitely help you reach your goals. Groups are fun and challenging. My trainer is Steve, and he has a lot of experience and really nice guy.

Joining the Fit Club was one of the best decisions I've ever made! The coaches here are so kind and supportive; even if they're not working with you directly. My coach, Steve, has done such a wonderful job challenging me and working with me to discover and improve my strength. I used to hate working out but now, I'm always looking forward to my sessions!

I started at FitClub in February 2022 - very reluctantly, as I had not worked out in many years. But the support and instruction I received from my trainer Alex, as well as the other trainers and trainees, really helped me to get passed that reluctance and get re-engaged in my own physical health. From day one, the trainers have been nothing short of amazing. I remember my first session well. I could barely squat, do a push up, or balance myself on one foot. Yes I could barely stand on one foot!!! The trainers attention to detail specific to me, would modify exercises to meet me where I was at. I didn’t have any experience at the gym, but realized it was time to get more active. Becca has been amazing. I have been going to price for a little over 2 months. I absolutely love every time I go in. The group fitness classes are fun and challenging and the semi private training sessions add a great social aspect to working out . The trainers are all great at what they do and are very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve or maintain their physical fitness!!
