This has been one of the best decisions I’ve made when I moved to Netcong. Coach Kara makes you feel right at home and is always there to offer support and guidance. You really feel like you belong and everyone is so nice. It’s a really great community. I didn’t know how to do a lot of the exercises and was very intimidated to start, but all the coaches (and even the members help encourage you!)take the time to teach you and help you get comfortable with the movements. I’m in love with CrossFit now and going to classes are the best parts of my week, thanks to everyone there! Cannot recommend enough.

This gym is great! Coaches are so supportive, giving personalized tips to nail your form, no matter your skill level. Their energy and care make workouts fun and effective.Also- all the members I’ve met have been warm and welcoming! Especially to beginners 🙂

Strong Together Byram is the best gym! Love the coaches, workouts, and people. It’s an amazing, diverse community of athletes where I find my sanity and always break a good sweat. Highly recommend for all fitness levels and goals. Love this gym :)

I've been coming to Strong Together Fitness Byram for about a month and I'm enjoying it! Alyssa, as well as the other trainers, have been great and have made going to the gym a positive experience! It's the first time ever in my life where I'm faithfully going to the gym 5 times a week and part of the reason is due to their encouragement and guidance. With me being an introvert, this cross fit community has been a positive and encouraging one. I'm looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with them and I highly recommend Strong Together Fitness Byram!
