I was invited to Strong Together Byram as a guest when I was visiting NJ and was warmly received by the owners. I would recommend this gym and those that run the gym over commercial gyms. If you are looking for a great drop in box, i highly recommend STFB.

I can't even express my love for this gym and the people who are associated with it. It doesn't matter your fitness level, age, what ever the case maybe be they will meet you where you are at. It will be hard work, but you will definitely see results. Not just physically, you see a difference in your standards of life.
